StudentsattendingtheIECcomefrommanycountries,includingBrazil,China,Greece,India,Indonesia,Iran,Iraq,Myanmar,Nepal,Philippines,SierraLeone,SouthKorea,Sudan,ThailandandVietnam.TheyattendtheIECfor3to5termstolearntheEnglishlanguageinpreparationforenrolmentathighschool.

IntheIECthereare4levelsofclasses:Level1-Beginner,Level2-Post-Beginner,Level3-IntermediateandLevel4-HighSchoolPreparation.Eachclasshasamaximumof18students.InLevel3and4studentsaredividedintojuniorandseniorclassessothat,inadditiontolearningEnglish,theycanstudymaterialsuitablefortheiragegroupathighschoolanduseauthentictexts.
